1:1 Sessions

Introducing READINESS: A Practical Tool for Clarity and Change

Do you feel stuck in negative cycles? Held back by self-doubt, overthinking, or stress? Perhaps you’re unsure if you’re ready for change—or how to even begin.

READINESS is a step-by-step self-inquiry process designed to help you break free from automatic reactions and gain clarity. It’s not therapy or crisis management—it’s a practical, autonomous tool you can use at your own pace, whenever and wherever you need it.

A New Way to Get Started – 1:1 Sessions – COMING SOON

To help you apply READINESS faster and more effectively, I now offer 1:1 sessions. Talk about your goals, ask questions, and get clarity—sooner.

The READINESS book is clear and concise, but one-on-one sessions offer more: the space to dig deeper, ask questions, and troubleshoot. The method follows a simple acronym with a precise flow, but the parts interconnect — and sometimes the nuances aren’t obvious on the page. As the creator, I can quickly spot where you might be stuck, why certain steps feel challenging, and how to tailor the process to your needs.

Session Options – Choose What Fits Your Needs

Book & 15 Minutes – Great Value! This includes:

  • The READINESS E-book – The core foundation of the process.
  • The READINESS Workbook – A printable resource with all practical exercises from the e-book and extra journal pages.

Sessions for Book Holders (Workbook Download Included)

15 Minutes – A quick orientation. Great for beginners, brief questions, or understanding what READINESS is useful for and how to get started.

30 Minutes – A deeper discussion to clarify your process, work through uncertainty, and get practical guidance on applying the steps.

45 Minutes – In-depth troubleshooting for specific or complex scenarios. Ideal for those further along who need help integrating everything or tackling a difficult situation.

Before your session: Note any questions or challenges you’d like to address. Read the book’s introduction and overview, if you have it.

What to Expect in a Session

During the session, I act as your guide and coach—not a therapist or advisor. My role is to help you understand and apply the process so you can reach your own conclusions.
We may explore:

  • Your experiences and reactions.
  • How to respond rather than react.
  • What aligns with your values and well-being.
  • What no longer serves you.
  • How to move past blocks in the process.

Important: The focus is always on your own interpretation and decision-making. I will not give advice, diagnose, or judge your choices. Instead, I’ll ask questions and provide examples to help you find your own answers.

The ultimate goal is to make your initial reactions feel optional and easier to let go of. I’ll help you integrate each part of READINESS so you can benefit from every component and harmonise the effects.

A Note on Suitability

READINESS is designed for challenges like:

  • Worry about the future, or regret or guilt about the past.
  • Reactions that don’t serve you—overthinking, worrying, stress, tensing, or the automatic urge to control, defend, resist, or follow unhelpful impulses.
  • Cycles of anxiety and overthinking.
  • Negative self-talk or negativity toward others.
  • Uncertainty about priorities.
  • Burnout or excessive self-pressure.

Please note: These sessions are not a substitute for therapy or crisis care. I am a registered mental health nurse, but in these sessions, I am acting as a coach. If your situation involves crisis, major mental illness, substance use, or requires case management, you will be advised to seek more comprehensive care.
